Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@cornflowerlane.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food or flowers), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method (minus postage costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
