Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available. We may collect full payment or a deposit at checkout, then fulfill your order when the item becomes available.

  • You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at hello@cornflowerlane.com.

  • Once your pre-order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund according to our Returns Policy.
